Why don't I see the Buy drop-in classes button?

Because your gym doesn't offer online payment, because your payment method is Cash or Card terminal, or because the gym doesn't sell class passes. Check your method in My Billing.

When do I get the classes?

When the payment is confirmed. If you pay with your saved card, it's almost instant.

I have an unpaid monthly fee. Can I buy a class pass?

Yes, but the app warns you that you won't be able to book classes until you pay your outstanding monthly fees.

How to buy drop-in classes in RoninBox

To buy drop-in classes in RoninBox, open My Billing, tap Buy drop-in classes and choose a class pass. A class pass is a bundle of drop-in classes with an expiration date that doesn’t depend on your monthly fee. You buy it yourself, without going through the gym.

When you can buy one

The Buy drop-in classes card only shows up if all three conditions are met:

Your gym has online payments turned on.
Your payment method is Recurring or Checkout. With Cash or POS (card at the gym) you can’t buy one. You can change it, if your gym allows it, as explained in My billing.
The gym sells at least one class pass with a price.

How to buy one

Open Billing in the bottom bar.
On the Buy drop-in classes card, read the line above the button. It tells you how you’ll be charged:
- «You'll be charged right now to your usual payment method.». It’s charged to your saved card as soon as you confirm.
- «We'll take you to the payment page to complete your purchase.». You’ll finish the purchase on a secure payment page, outside RoninBox.
Tap Buy drop-in classes.
In the window, choose a class pass from the Choose a class pass list. Each class pass shows its name and price, sorted from cheapest to most expensive.
Tap OK to confirm. If you’re taken to the payment page, finish the purchase there.

The class pass classes are added once the payment is confirmed. From then on you’ll see it in Home, on the My class passes card, with your remaining classes and its expiration date, even if you don’t have a monthly fee. Below it, in Upcoming booked classes, you’ll find the classes you’ve already signed up for.

Common issues

The card doesn’t show up. Check your payment method. If it’s Cash or Card terminal, you can’t buy online.
I closed the payment page without finishing. You’re not charged anything. Go back to My Billing and try the purchase again.
I have the class pass but can’t book. Check whether you have any unpaid monthly fee, and see how to book a class.
