To see your classes in Google Calendar, open Profile → Add to your calendar and tap Connect Google Calendar: each booking shows up in a minute or two, on your phone too. If you use Apple Calendar or Outlook, turn on your private link in the same place. Either way, your classes appear on their own alongside the rest of your plans.

  • The classes you book, with the location, the coach and the WOD when the gym publishes it.
  • The classes you’re on the waitlist for, with “(Waitlisted)” in front. If you get in, the label goes away.
  • If you’re a coach, the classes you teach, including those in the coming weeks that don’t have bookings yet, with how many people are signed up.
  • A link in each class that opens the app’s calendar on that day.

If you cancel a booking, the class disappears from your calendar the next time it’s read.

If you use Google Calendar, this is the recommended way: your classes arrive in a minute or two, and you can connect it from your phone too. You’ll find it in Add to your calendar, on the Instant Google Calendar card.

  1. Open Profile in the bottom bar and tap Add to your calendar.

  2. Tap Connect Google Calendar.

  3. Choose your Google account and tap Continue. Google asks for just one permission: to create a new calendar and manage its events.

  4. You’re back in the app with the message “Google Calendar connected”. In a minute or two you’ll see a new calendar with your classes in Google Calendar, named after your gym followed by · RoninBox.

From then on, every booking, cancellation or class change reaches Google Calendar in a minute or two. The card shows when it was last updated. Past classes stay in your calendar as a record.

To remove it, tap Disconnect Google Calendar and confirm: we delete that calendar from your account and no longer have access. You can also revoke the permission from your Google account; in that case the card will offer Reconnect Google Calendar. If you stop being a member of the gym, we stop writing to your calendar.

  1. Open Profile in the bottom bar.

  2. Under Shortcuts, tap Add to your calendar and then Turn on. If you use the admin side menu, it’s under Home.

  3. Choose your calendar. The highlighted button is the one that matches your device.

iPhone, iPad or Mac. Tap Apple Calendar (iPhone, Mac) and confirm “Subscribe”. Done.

Google Calendar on a computer. Tap Google Calendar. The link is copied and Google Calendar opens at “Add calendar from URL”: paste it into “URL of calendar” and click “Add calendar”.

Google Calendar on your phone. It’s better to connect it with Connect Google Calendar (above). If you prefer the link, Google doesn’t let you add it from your phone: tap Google Calendar: email me the link, open that email on a computer and follow the steps. Within a few hours you’ll see it in the Google Calendar app on your phone too.

Outlook. Tap Outlook and confirm on the Outlook screen.

The link is personal: anyone who has it can see your classes. Tap Generate a new link and confirm. The old one stops working right away, so you’ll need to add the new one to your calendar and remove the old one.
